National Fatwa Council (NFC)

Kuala Lumpur (10 May 2012) :

National Fatwa Council (NFC) has been advised to pay back the loan amounting RM250 million that has been given to them to initiate a breeding and managing cattle in Negeri Sembilan. A group of Malaysian NGO that formed BERSIH 3.0 has been given the ultimatum to National Fatwa Council (NFC) to settled the repayment before the 13th General Election.

Nevertheless, no specific instruction has been given to National Fatwa Council regarding the interest rates that NFC shall be imposed. On the other hand, no comment has been given to reporter by the management of National Fatwa Council (Abdul Shukor Hussin) regarding this matter. NFC management were reported to have a long meeting today from early morning.

The NGO (BERSIH 3.0) has been initiating a movement for a clean and comfortable cattle farm in Malaysia to accommodate healthy cows. Healthy cows will give good image to Malaysia cattle breeder and therefore will bring in more foreign direct investment (FDI). It also can boost up Malaysia GDP to a new higher level and eventually push up our Bourse (Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange).
